What is the point of creating an online tracking system if the information is inaccurate?
I know BCIS is trying to improve it's customer service, but why put a tracking system that is inaccurate or is not updated to reflect the correct processing times, doesn't this defeat the purpose and aggravate people even more?
I checked the processing time for N-400 in Newark, NJ (currently June 2003), and there are people who claimed to have recieved their interview letter with PD of 12/10/03. I wonder if it serves a different purpose, i.e track immigrants?
