CIS processing date for I-485 at VSC

It is unusual but not unheard of. Same thing happened to CSC on their April 10th report, and guess what? The next report (4/21) showed a big jump of time from the previous one (Oct. 15th vs. June 16th). My guess is that VSC is doing some homework right now and trying to figure out exactly how many applications they need to process. We should expect a big movement in next report if history is a good indicator. Cheers.

Any idea why the current CIS processing dates bulletin (released on August 3, 2006) for VSC does not show I-485 dates? What does that mean?

Well I beleive its just bispeciliazation effect!
since TSC & NSC is taking care of I-485 hence forth.
already filed VSC cases shd trust TSC or NSC dates now (may be take mean as dates are never perfect).................

dunno about history. Called VSC and they told that my case MIGHT be transferred to NSC. I never heard before that cases with processing started (i140 approved) been transferred from VSC. So i guess they don't deal with i485 EB no more.

Check www.aila.org. They have complete archives of processing dates.
