It is 8:30am here on the east coast and I tried to call the CIS service phone: 800-375-5283, but I was directed to different menus and could never get to a representative. It keeps saying if you want to talk to someone call back between 8am-6pm...is that central time or eastern time? Is there any trick that I can get through to a representative?

Press options:

1-2-6-0

After every option wait for 2 secs and in less than one minute you will get a customer representative on the phone.
