I received a letter three days ago from the CIS Ombudsman regard the Descheduling of my interview twice by USCIS. The CIS Ombudsman stated it initiated a formal inquiry with USCIS and I should receive a response within 45 days. I am wondering if somebody could elaborate on this letter. For the people who dealt with the CIS Ombudsman could you please share your experiences?
