My husband and I got the original I-131 Advance Parole by mail two days ago. Now I just checked BCIS web site, I got an e-mail from BCIS, said that my I-131 case need more additional information. But We already got the approval notice by e-mail , and then after 4 days we got the Advance Parole original paper by mail too. So what's wrong here? DId BCIS made a mistake?
Now what I am worried is my husband already left US by using advance parole. I am afraid that his case I-131 will get the same message as mine, so how now? Can he still come back?
DId someone get the same experience before? Please share with me.
Thanks, thanks, thanks.
