Our attorney sent in our application on March 22, \'01. It was received on March 30, and the ND is 4/12/01. WAC-01-156-XXXXX for me and my wife. We checked status and it said that we had an RFE on the EAD application which was sent out on June 27, \'01.

  Todate we have not received the receipts or the RFE notice. I spoke with an IIO and was told that they had sent a first RFE on May 21 and then resent it on June 27. They think there is a problem with communication between INS and our attorney. My attorney sent another fax out last thursday and no response yet. Any history on this ? Do you know how this can be resolved or anyone who has. The lawyer moved from texas to CA in March.

Same thing happend to me.

Still we didn\'t get any letter from INS, My lawyer also moved to a different location. I am trying to call the IIO, not able to get the line.
