ciba, RFE for AP recieved(Pl Help)

I have received RFE for AP and my lawyer said that they have sent the 2 New photos that INS has requested for. I was wondering how is it going to help if they send the same set of photos again. My wife recieved the AP 10 days ago( Approval date 1/23/00). And also, is this RFE going to stop the approval of my EAD or my wife\'s EAD/FP etc . Please throw some light.

Rangarao,

Don\'t worry about the RFE for AP. AP is the easier case for INS to
process (they make money out of it!). The RFE for AP will not affect
your EAD and I-485 cases.

Can you post your priority date and country of origin? Thanks.
