CIBA - question on FP

i am in a situation where my I-485 was applied 9/99 ( EB3 INDIA) and was FPed in 6/00 and FP in the system 7/00.
Got married in Aug 2000 , my wife is from a country whose PD is current and hence my case became a cross-chargeability case.
Her i-485 applied in OCT 2000, we got APs and EADs in normal processing times. But INS does not seem to be taking cognizance
of the fact and no FP received for her , but i received another in Jan. Do you have ideas or suggestions, i have faxed and mailed letters
to INS

Hi ALOK2001,

In a situation where dependent does not receive finger print notice,
I usually suggest going to the local INS office directly and request
a notice there. The approach seems to work. They should help you
out because your reason for such a request is convincing.
