Ciba: Please update, my EAD was approved on June,20,2001.

Unfortunately my EAD application was approved on June,20,2001 per AVM in CSC. That means I have to wait 120-140 days to receive the actual card
without the chance to get an interim one.

But I still want to have a try at San Jose INS office on July,10 if I can\'t get the card before that time.

We didn\'t apply AP. No FP yet.

Thanks for the update. Yes, I think you should go ahead and
try to get an interim EAD if the card has not arrived by
July 10. Good luck and please post a message when you receive
the card.

These days I read some messages in this board that INS will deny the interim EAD application if the case has been approved. So I just pray I would not get approval before July,10,2001. But...

Anyway, let\'s wait and see what happen.
