My 485 approved couple months ago and PP stamped also. My wifes RFE (Medical docs) submitted one month back and waiting for her 485 to be approved. My company layed off me today. What is going to happen to my wife status? What should I do? She is on H4 status.
1. Lets say If she gets approval after a month, is that ok?
2. For any reason If INS wants some more information, like husband W2, employment letter,etc... What is going to happen?

I am in your 485 approval list but want to keep it confidential.

Nothing such is going to be happend to you. You got already PP stamped and the company lay off made you free and you can catch the job of your own this time. Your wifes case is never related to your past employer this time and also you are now valid resident, so your dependents also. Go ahead and find a job for you
