I was laid-off on 05/10. I got an offer from company A almost at same time and A filed H1 transfer for me on 05/28 and I am waiting for the receipt notice. I got another offer from company B (a startup company) last week and B will file H1 transfer around 06/20.
Am I ok to get B\'s H1 approved? I am also in I485 process (my wife is the primary applicant), will my H1 transfer mess hurt our I485 case? Please advise. Thank you very much.
