I am planning to go to San Jose INS for my IEAD.
What are the documents that I need to carry ?
What is the best time to go down there ?
How long does it take ?
Is there $100/person application fee and do they accept personal check ?
 
No fees needed.

No fees needed. We stood in line from 5:45 in morning and were out by 11:30. Procedure is very simple and straight forward.
