I have applied for AOS in july and me/wife /daughter have not applied for AP, now my daughter might go to India(we have valid H1b/H4)..during my daughter\'s stay(1 yr) if she gets her GC approved what would be the implications when joining us back here?

I am not sure whether an H4 can stay outside of US for so long
(a year). Excluding this concern, your daughter can still
return and join you if her case is approved. It\'s better
to use AP to enter.
