Ciba need help on Interim EAD

I am going t/row to get my Interim EAD card. Since I had gone out of status and had applied I-485 under 245i , I would like to know as to what I should mention on line 15 as my current immigration status (The lawyer had filled my original EAD application and I do not recall what information he filled in that column.)
I would really appreciate any input.

I had a similar situation and I had filled in "AOS using 245i"
