I applied for 485 in Nov00 in VSC. I am going to India to get marry. I got my H1 renewal now , needs to be stamped in my PP in India. Is it okay to apply for H1 renewal and H4 at the same time in Chennai,while 485 is pending?
I dont have enough time to stamp my H1 in US
Also, my old H1 in my PP expired. any sugesstion is appreciated. thanks
