have paperwork documenting emergency reasons for traveling.

I have no experience of applying AP at local office myself,
but I would think papers should translate into English. The
cover letter stating the emergency must be in English for
sure.

You will have to wait for next 3 months to know your ND.
I have no idea when your FP, AP, and AD will arrive.
You should get your EAD after TODAY + 90 calendar days
