my wife had a car accident in Jan 1999 when she was a college student (at that time we had not got married), and now she still is student. (that time I have not come to USA, I was working in Japan)
she follows me to flie the I485 as a dependent and we are now waiting for the final stage. We have finished FP. (I am in EB1 (L1A) cata in CSC)

do you think my wife\'s car accident will slow down the GC approval or something bad will happen?

Hi, X file, actually, my wife she did not get any ticket after the car accident.

she hit a car parking at a non-parking area. the policeman just come and say you 2 cars can talk to each other and then left away!

no arrest, no checks!

i looked at ciba\'s comments and now waiting for the final approval from ins.
