Ciba/Gurus Help-file sent to New Delhi

My lawer just notified me that INS has sent my I-140 file/packet to New Delhi by mistake, although I had filed for AOS.
Is this common? What can I do?

No need to do anything. When they get to your case, they will
ask your file transferred back to CSC.
