Ciba, Got Wife\'s plastic Card

Hello Ciba:
 How are you doing?

Just wanted to update you that my Wife\'s card came in the mail on 6/10. I am still waiting for fine. I just talked to an IIO and she said that there is a backlog of cases and my case is waiting to be scanned ??? IF any one here is on the same boat, wondering why the card has not arrived, this may be the reason.

There have been little card activities lately, but the
pace seems to be picking up a little bit. CPDel posted
on isn that he received a card. The stamped date is
similar to your time frame.
