Hi Ciba:
  We received our plastic card on 02/10/2002, my handle in your tracking list is CarolLi, the message changed to process complete around 12/26/2001. Passport stamped at San Jose on 11/06/2001 (?) as I remember.

Thanks a lot for your great effort and help on this issue.
