you can just call FBI, they will let you know in 1 minute. i did my FP yesterday and i called FBI today, i was told that my FP was completed yesterday and sent to INS. it is very straight forward.

Kevin65221, thx for the reply. I am actually concerned on following up on the INS side since their number is always busy. I wanted to check if it has already been assigned to an officer or not. Any ideas anyone?
