Ciba, follow up to a previous thread

Ciba, I cant find the original thread. I posted one with a concern about the time it took for the FP to go from INS to FBI. My wife and I did our prints on 3/13/01, amd my wifes prints were forwarded the same day, but mine reached finally on 3/18/01. FBI sent it back the same day.
