Hi there,

I did my FP on 4/25/01, called the FBI on 4/26/01 and thwy said your FP were cleared and sent back to the INS. A week ago I was able to talk to an IIO and she told me she cannot see them using both A# and the WAC #. So far, I have not received FP redo notice. Is there anything I should worry about and if so what do you guys think I can do.

Here are my details: RD/ND/ 02/01/01 FP 4/25/01, AD: waiting PD awlays current, country in europe

did you call FBI this week or so? If FBI says they have send your FP to CSC then dont worry...Tell the FBI officer that CSC says they have not received it and see what they say..

Hey,
it is me again, I tried caling them on Friday but they were already closed so I will try on monday. I will also talk to my attorney and see what she says.
