Ciba, Debo - FP Phone number

How do you check the status of FP with FBI and INS.
What number to call.
Can it be done after hours (5:00 PM) from FBI.

FBI number is on Ciba\'s website....I think FBI phone line open from 7 am - 8 pm ET (M - F)

also after calling FBI you will have to call CSC to check whether they received it....FBI does check and sends it to CSC same day ...Yours must have reached CSC on 18 or at the most 19....also check with IIO about what they do with FP after they get it from FBI..and how much time does FP background checking take?

Guys, I have been calling 304-625-5590, it puts me on hold and then takes me to the voice mail. Is it normal..

Thats not normal...call CSC ....they should have got it 2 days back or at least yesterday

Thanks FBI told me they have sent it a few days ago,
Am calling the INS CSC now...busy signal
