my 140 is in TX
my lawyer said I can file 485 in CA
after filing 485 shall I move to different state?? or I have to live in CA till 485 approved

Pretty annoying, isn\'t it? Let me suggest this. You can
spend a few hours daily writing messages and answering
people\'s questions for a few weeks. I am sure the problem
will be solved after that.

As a general rule, you should file your AOS at the service
center with rejusdiction over where you currently reside.
YOu can move after filing your case, but you have to inform
them every time you move.

You are making a big positive impact on a lot of people\'s life. There is probably quite a little bit of abuse, I apologize if I have been in this position :-)

Personally I am amazed by how many of the \'Ciba\' questions you answer, you are going way past my expectations. Take a break, we would still hold you in high esteem.
