ciba and others: who will get the FP notice

Ciba and others: Could you please tell me who will get the FP notice?myself or my company\'s lawyer or both of us? I worry about if just my company\'s lawyer get it,maybe he will hold it for a long time and delay my case again.

Could you please tell me as to does the FP notice come by ordinary mail as the EAD and AP comes or do they send it by registered mail.

Ordinary mail. I never heard of INS ever sent anything by registered mail. What makes you think that way?
