Ciba and others, I talked to IIO, FP unreadable!!

I talked to an IIO this morning.
she told me my FP and my wife\'s FP can not be read. we did our FP in this Mar 13, 2001.I did not ask when the FP backed to INS. she said she will send notice for retaken FP in the next 3 weeks.she only asked my WAC No.

I hope the notice will coming soon.

Ciba and others:

Today is my first time to call the IIO.
I have called FBI 3 times back in mid-April and the FBI officer told me the FP was returned to CSC on Mar 14, 2001 (the very next day I did my FP) and also my wife\'s back to CSC on Mar 31, 2001 (also the very next day of doing FP) The FBI officer will never tell me the results of my FP and they (first time was a lady and then was a gentleman) told me to call CSC IIO to find out the result.

Ciba and others, I really don\'t understand why the CSC or FBI are making things SO DIFFICULT to follow. If they feel my FP was no good then they should let me know by sending a retaken notice. Only my wife got her second FP noitce not me. And today the lady IIO told me both me and my wife\'s FP was no good.

My question is why does the CSC not sending me a second FP notice and also not sending my wife a third FP notice??? If I am not calling them this morning, we should NEVER know about this NO GOOD FP!!

I understand to get GC is NOT a easy thing! But people should make difficult things much more easier to follow and to be understood! Am I right? As long as the U.S. accepts the immigrants, they should take a nicer way to treat the job. Foe this they get salary for!!

Well, what happen if my next or next and next and next FPs are still NO GOOD! I think my case will take may be 10 years to be cleared because of an UNreadable FP!!

Ciba, Why the criminal FP is so EASIER to READ while our GOOD guys\' FP are SO difficult to READ!! Don\'t you think the FBI are Funny enough??? Why do the FBI develop a better way by approving the GC after the first FP since they have all the records they need for the particular person.

I think the CSC delay is a little bit MAN-MADE-DELAY!

Dimpu and Zhuang......sorry to hear your delay..Dimpu I think u should talk to IIO ..I know u did a few days back right ? U should now ask about ur FP...I rememeber when i called IIO couldn;t find it in system a but asked mine and wifes A number and she couldlocate in system B ..she said our FPs were "valid" and good for next 15 months ...Zhuang are u from So Cal...?? If so try doing it at Van Nuys ..they guys there are pros..I have never heard FP getting rejected from Van Nuys ..

sorry to hear it Zhanghua. but it is weird that when FBI says FP sent to INS , it usually implys the FP is readable. u know, IIO is not so countable, why don\'t you call again tomorrow, just ask about the FP status?? i tend to think there is a chance that IIO made a mistake. don\'t be afraid of calling them, i called many times. u can also call FBI again to double check.

i agree with u, when FBI attempts to get FP from criminals, they get from cups, tables, phones, and they can read them. but the FPs taken from a damn expensive machine is not readable. but what can we do? the only word fit them is the 4 letter word. but honestly, FBI is much better than INS!

I just got off the phone with IIO. It was a guy this time and he did not sound very friendly so I kept my questions to a minimum.

He verified my name and address.
I told him I wanted to find status of my case.
He said it is still pending (as if I didn\'t know) and said it would take 90 days or so to hear from them.

I then asked him if he could verify if my FP was OK. He said he can\'t tell me that but they just received my FP on May 3rd. I take this as good news for two reasons

1) He did not ask me A# this time. Last time I called IIO , she asked for A# to locate my FP

2) He said that my FP was received on May 3rd. Last time I called on April 25th I was told they received my FP and now they received it ALL OVER AGAIN !!!!! This can only mean that they moved FP from System 2 to System 1 on May 3rd.
