ND 04/01. Got EAD & AP. No FP Notice.
Company closing down.
It will take few more months to complete the close down.
Does 180 days rule applies here If they keep me in job 180 days.

for 180 days. Nevertheless, you should consult a lawyer to seek
professional opinions, and in the meantime, find a similar type
