With AP, how many days we can stay out side USA?
My children (daughter 17, Son 14) are living in India and planning to come US for Finger Printing on Advance Parole around 25th Dec\'01. They applied I485 in May\'01 and left for India in the same month. Their H4 going to expire on 31-DEC-2001. Recently, I (primary applicant) got I485 approved and stamped on Passport.
My questions are
1) Still they can enter on H4 Status?
2) Can they enter with AP? (AP valid for Sep\'01 to Sep\'02)
