Is it true that I can go to local INS to apply for interim EAD after 90 days of RD?

btw, I filed for EAD along with I485.

I just read immihelp.com, and found that it is 90 days after EAD application receipt. is it the same as my i485 receipt? Thnaks

EAD by itself should have a receipt date and a WAC#. It\'s separate from 485. Don\'t mix up.

While interim EAD applies only to renewal not first time EAD, you
can still go to a local INS office to apply one if 90 days have
passed since your EAD RD.

Can you post your country of origin and priority date (even though
it does not really matter for an EB1 like you)? Thanks.
