Choosing EB2 or EB3

Hi,

Iam from India and i came to US on H1B 6 months ago. Now iam planning to start my GC process.

I have done my
1. Bachelors Degree (B.Sc) - 3 years
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Computers - 1 year 6 months
3. I have a total of 8 years of experience in Software Developement.

Now my concern is whether i can start my process in EB2 and EB3.
I spoke to one of the attorney and he mentioned that he can start my GC process in EB2 in such a way that, if they done agree for my process in EB2 then it can be moved to EB3.

What is the best path i should go for?

Kindly suggest me.

Make sue that you have a couple of references about the attorney and
a couple of successful cases handled by the attorney that were similar to your situation and go for EB2.

One of my colleagues got his labor cleared in EB2 with a four year US degree (that he finished almost 20 years ago) and with an experience of 15+ years.
That was his risk and he apparently hired a high profile lawyer to do his case.
I am not sure about yours.

IMHO, talk to Rajeev Khanna type of lawyers and find out if it is a worth try.
