Some of you know that my 140 and subsequently my seventh year got denied this past september as the salary gap between my H1 and labor is about 30K. My sixth year expired on May 27th 2004. As I wait (once again) to hear a decision regarding my MTR/Appeal, do I have an option to get a new H1 through another company based on a labor petition that was pending for me since Apr 2002 in CSC? Do we have any choice expect to wait for the appeal and leave the country upon adverse decision? I greatly need your opinion and help. So please respond! Thanks in advance.
