We are trying to collect our Packet 3 documentation. My wife lived in Shanghai for about 10 years and in Shenzhen for about 10 years. Does she need a police certificate from both areas? Also, she has a police certificate from Shanghai but it is about 2 years old. She has not been to China for 2 years (any time since the certificate was issued). Is this police certificate still valid?
