Child's case status not found

Pl. Help.........

My and my husband's case got approved last week. We got our approval notices 3 days back. BUT have not received approval notice for child. Her online status says,

"The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center."

My question is,

1)Is this normal ?
2)When will I get her approval notice ?


Any answer will greatly appreciated.
 
Nothing to worry about... Child's case not found isn't scary like Child not found.

On a more serious note, I have read at least 3 messages on this board. People with similar situations. It is very normal.
 
Same status for my child too

hey...the online message shows the same status for my child too.
Myself and my wife got approved on September 8th and are yet to receive the approval notice. But I am wondering what happened to my child's case.
Can any experienced person throw some light here?
