On Concurrent Filing

1) Do I need to Sign I-485 for my Children who is 4 years Old
2) Do I need to Send the Check for Biometric(70 usd) for Children. I read some in this forum that there is not FP for Children under 14.
3) Last Do I need to file I-864 along I-485 Package. My filing is Employee Based.

YOU SHOULD SIGN YOUR NAME AND WRITE "PARENT".

2) Do I need to Send the Check for Biometric(70 usd) for Children. I read some in this forum that there is not FP for Children under 14.
CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS DO NOT NEED FINGERPRINT THEREFORE NO NEED TO SEND FP FEES FOR CHILDREN.

3) Last Do I need to file I-864 along I-485 Package. My filing is Employee Based.
I-864 IS ONLY FOR FAMILY BASED. BE SURE TO INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL LETTER OF FUTURE EMPLOYMENT.
