Children Complete name doesn't show in print (Adobe form) -- advice

I am sure many of you may have faced same problem...

In Part 9 ---Information of Childrens

I am able to enter complete name as XXXXXXX,YYYYYYY ZZZZZZ ( Total 21 char). But when I print it shows 15 char and a + sign.


How to get the complete name visible and printed on the form.
