I am wanting to file for my children below 15 who were born out of wedlock.
I became a Citizen September 2009. I read the 1-30 form instruction requesting documents to show support and legitimacy even when they are on the record for Green Card and Citizenship.
Anyone knows what would qualify them and not have any problems.
I did get everything based on a three year marriage rule. Still married, nothing changed.
The mother of one of the child passed on and the other one was being taken care of by her before passing. Her mother was way young in high school so she dropped off the baby at that time.
The children were later taken care of my father while I sent money through moneygram and when my father died in 2002, I chose to hire family that has taken care of them well till now.
I have been in constant travel home to see the children.
What I have is:
-birth certificates
-e-mails from school
-monegram wires to care taker
-letter that allowed the caretaker to have children till I come
-airline tickets stubs showing my trips home to see the children
-pictures
I have also noticed that the fees for filing fees went down from $355 to $190 anyone confirms that?
I need to file for the children so they can come and be with their father. It has been a long 14 years without them and a costly one paying people to take care of them and the trips.
