What happens if the person was not required to pay child support for her/his kids who live in different country, and the divorce decree does not say anything about that. The divorce decree just states that the wife was given her maiden name, and the date of divorce. Should divorce decrees mention anything the children or does it depends in what country they were issued?
Also, if during the good moral character part of N400, the applicant is asked about his/her children from previous marriage (in different country), and s/he is not obligated to pay/is not able to pay (full-time student) child support,
and if that is the answer to IO's question, but no documentation, what could be the possible outcome?
thank you in advance
