child of GC holder

My parents are GC holder. I am married son. Can they file application to get GC for me? How long it takes? what if they were citizen? Will appreciate if you share information on process to apply in either case. Thank a bunch!

Unfortunately only US citizen can apply for a married son or a daughter.
Your LPR parents have to naturalize first in order to be illegible to file for your Green Card.
