Please help me . When i was approve on immigrant visa the consular ask me if i have a child and i said no because i am not married and i dont have my name on the child , and because im scared to say yes because if im going to say yes then there is no evidence on the child birthcertificate that i am the father im deeply thinking that im lying to consular, when i had a green card i went to them to legitimate the child and to marry my girlfriend, and i want to petition them. is there having a problem with it ?
