Child I-485 pending

I and my wife have received our green cards, but its been now 7 months my daughter I-485 case is still pending in texas service center. Her biomatric were also done in 2007. The processing time for case is also lapsed. I called three times but they just say it is still in process.
Can anyone let me know how to approach it or what to do.

Could you please post details of your case. I could help you out as I gone through same process. Your PD/Country, Category, I 485 Filling/approve date, age of your daughter.
The case become little complicated, when kid is below 14y at the time of filling. At the time of your I 485 approval, if she cross 14Y, she will not approve until finger print clearance, Name check clear, Biometric form G 325A with her signature, and additional biometric fees of $80. The crappy IO's don't know the real process and side track the case.
