Hi there! Help me please to find the official information concerning the following situation. Me (DV1) and my daughter (DV3) received immigrant visas on April 8, 2015. Our first visit to US was in the August, 2015 and lasted 2 weeks after which our green cards had been issued. Currently I am in US and my daughter is in the country of her birth. So I would like to know what is the last date for her to enter US with the green card and visa to be not expired? Thanks to everyone!
 
An immigrant visa is single-use and became invalid the moment you entered the US with it. The two of you are now US permanent residents, and don't use visas to enter the US. I am not sure what kind of "expiration" you're thinking of.

Visa is irrelevant. A green card holder may not stay out of the US longer than 12 months.
