Does anyone have a similar experience with child custody? My fiancé will be joining me here in Canada shortly. We will plan to be married by the end of this year, and I plan to sponsor her for her immigration visa. Presently she has been given a visitors visa. She is from Russia. Her X-husband is Bangladeshi and will not likely give her custody of her 11-year-old daughter. He of course is Muslim, and tried to force the 11 year old to be Muslim. This is one of the reasons she left him
