I have a green card but my wife's I-485 case is still pending. My wife is pregnant and we are thinking of delivering the baby in India.
What is the process of getting the baby and mother back in USA after child's birth?

Would my wife's pending case have any impact on the child's entry into the USA?

Do we need to submit any documents to prove the family need for the child birth in India before we leave US?

What documents do we need for the child born in India to get PR?

What is the process to get the PR for the child born in India?

You just have to enter the US before the child is six months old.

why are you depriving your child the right to be a US citizen by birth?? Your wife can have the baby here and then go to India if needed.. ( I understand the family / tradition blah blah ) but cmon ...
