Child born in India,Fingerprint due for my wife..

My Daughter was born a couple of months back in India. My wife has received her FP notice and I have postponed the same to some other dates. I have gone for the fingerPrinting two months back. I need to bring my daughter back to the United States. Is that doable? If so, how much time do I have to bring them back to the States to include her (daughte's) name to my application?
My wife still has her H4 which is valid till August,2003.

Suggestion #1:
Apply inmmediately for a Tatkal (Immediate) passport for your daughter and get her and your wife here on H4. I'm guessing your current H1 is valid till August.

#2. Talk to a lawyer and apply for your daughter's I-485
