Child born after applying in March 2004

I applied for Canada PR under skilled worker category in March 2004 at Buffalo. We have our baby who was born in May 2004 here in USA. I received my AOR in April 2004. What is the procedure to add my baby's name to the application. I already sent a FAX message to the Buffalo office indicating that I have a new baby (all the details) and would add him to the application once I receive the babies passport.

Did any one go through this situation, if so, what are the steps and doc's I need to send to Buffalo??
 
thanks googler for the information. I think the fee for the children under 22 yrs increased from US$100 to $110 as per the CIC web site.
