I asked him the status of my case. He replied that my case is in the “holding area” and currently they are going with April Notice dates. He also added that my case would take 4 to 5 months to get approval. The case is not yet assigned to officer and the entire agency checks are done. Finally, I asked him the meaning of “holding area”. He seems like irritated by the question and repeated that they are currently processing April cases. I cited him that few of my colleagues with August & September cases were approved. He also told me that whatever information he sees in the computer and informing me. He further added that if I have questions, I could send a fax enquiry to Division about my case.
