Hi,

Today we went to Chicago INS for stamping.
Reached the office at 7:30 AM and was in the waiting area inside by
8:00 AM. Passports stamps with temporary evidence of LPR (legal permanent residence) at 09:30 AM.

Officer indicated that he does not have any idea howlong it will take but mentioned that he has observed lot of people coming back for a second stamping implying that people have been waiting for over 12 months to get the actual plastic card.

may I use my coustey copy for getting passport stamping? Thank you!
