Chicago Lockbox e-mail address / contact information

Hi everyone, as you can see in my sig below it's bee a while and I haven't heard back from USCIS. Everyone who applied a few days and before and after me from the July Filers thread has recieved the e-mail/txt's whereas I have not.

I remember that a user had obtained and posted the USCIS Chicago Lockbox's e-mail address in one of the threads here. Unfortunately, despite searching for it I am unable to relocate it. Would one of you who might rememer/know which thread it was posted in or have better search skills than I do provide me the e-mail address for the Chicago Loackbox so I can e-mail them and inquire to the status of my AoS package.

People wait as much as a month while others get their NOAs in a couple of days. I say be patient until the end of this month at least before emailing the lockbox people.

I am with you on this. Although we know they received the package, I would reasonably expect they should have cashed the checks now. They don't play with their $$. Unless of course they are returning the package to you for you to correct something. Doesn't hurt to try to contact them.

Exactly my thoughts...
Anyone able to dig that e-mail address yet?
 
i suggest you to wait i was worried like you when i sent package in 20th and never received any thing from them until the 12th they sent me msg and email that they receive my package in 23 so after 20 days, i even call them and they suggest me to call again after 30 days
you gonna hear from them soon dont worry
 
From my searches all I keep getting is the Chicago Lockbox address. I even googled it with the same results. I will keep looking.....

USCIS has provided the following e-mail addresses to address various issues with the Lockbox:

For all inquiries regarding lockbox-filed forms , except I-90s use: Lockboxsupport@dhs.gov

All questions regarding the I-90, except fee waivers, should be addressed to LALBXINQUIRIES@dhs.gov

All Fee Waiver Request questions, to include the I-90, should be addressed to Lockboxsupport@dhs.gov

All inquiries regarding e-filed forms (receipts in the MSC08 800-XXX SERIES) should be addressed to: e-filing.support@dhs.gov
