chicago lock box to NBC

sent the package (130,131,765,864,485)to chicago lock box looks like they forwarded it to NBC,
RD:01/06/05
ND:01/10/05

haven't secudule for biometric & finger printing yet, planning to do next week

485 receipt says my 485 will be processed in 120 - 180 days , not sure how accurate that information, can anyone confirm pls :confused: ??

it also says i should my EAD in 30-90 days & AP in 30-60 days, can anyone confirm pls :confused:

Can you please tell us when did send it and in how many days did you received the receipt notice??

my LAWYER sent on 01/04/05 & THE RECEIVE date is 01/06/06

Notice date 01/10/06, all application checks cashed on 01/11/05


received application receipts on 01/14/05, asking me schedule appointment for biometric & fingerprints , plsnning to the same next week, keep you guys update

Is application for I-130 also supposed to be sent to chiacgo lockbox? I think I read on BCIS website that I-130 should be sent to regional office and the rest(485,131,765) to be sent to lockbox? Please confirm. Thanx.
 
just send all the applications to Chicago lock box,they will take care of transfering your application to local office

Did you send in your medical exam (I-693) too?

I'm sending everything to the Chicago Lockbox, from where it'll go to the NBC (I assume :) ) - I have all the other things ready except for the medical now - and I'm wondering if I have to send it in now and potentially having to do it again (if it takes more than 10 months) when going to the AOS interview (a waste of both time and $$$)
